Udit Bagga

A man driven by passion and a workaholic by profession! Mr. Udit Bagga, with his dedication, hard work, focus, and vision, has risen to become a very young CEO of Delhi's business conglomerate, "The Bagga Link Group."
He has received many awards year after year for excellence and superior performance in all fields. From automobiles and petroleum, he had diversified into award-winning restaurants like Cafe Otb, Station Bar, and NH44.
Since he started working at the young age of 17, he worked full-time in his business and also made time to study in the late evenings. He completed his graduation in Commerce from Delhi University and later an MBA in International Business from Nottingham Trent University.
It took Mr. Bagga 20 years of working assiduously and diligently to reach the position of CEO. He has never shirked away from any kind of work—be it working under the bonnet of a car or interacting with clients. He has been awarded the 'Best Budding Dealer' by Bharat Petroleum.
Udit Bhasin
Co-Founder & Director
Mr. Udit Bhasin holds an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources. After interning with brands like ITC and Pepsi, Bhasin spent two years working at a media house. Following this, he was appointed as a co-faculty member at IIPM, where he taught Executive Communication to first-year MBA students. He also traveled around Europe to attend various seminars.
With his immense experience at the media house, Bhasin ventured into real estate and founded Ons Infratech Private Limited, his real estate company, in 2009. He initially focused on trading, which later expanded into developing high-end luxurious villas and floors.
Since hospitality has always been his passion, in 2012-13 he started exploring avenues for everything from setting up an ice-cream parlour to opening a Subway joint, gaining as much ground knowledge about the field as possible. Out of his sheer love and passion for food, Cafe Otb (aka Out of the Box) came into being.
